Countertop fabricator • Clay County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Clay County, Iowa. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. Day to day you will fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys. What we are looking for: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
