Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Wilkinson County

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Wilkinson County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Day to day you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; check for underground cables and services before digging. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
