Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Indian River County, Florida. You will be based at a busy body shop. Day to day you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
