Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Allendale County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
