Urgent requirement: glazing installer (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing installer in City of Alexandria, Virginia. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. Requirements: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders On the job you will handle: • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
