Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Wayne County, Tennessee. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. On a typical shift you will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
