Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press setter operator in Daniels County, Montana. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. The role involves: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
