Join our team: finish carpenter (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Clay County, Indiana. You will be based on a busy construction site. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists You will lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
