Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Wabash County, Indiana. You will work at a shipyard. Day-to-day duties: • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang 4+ years on the tools preferred.
