Brickwork mason wanted in Clark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Clark County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
