Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Nemaha County, Kansas. The job is in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred.
