Line cook wanted in Fentress County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Fentress County, Tennessee. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
