Argon arc welder wanted in Morrill County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Morrill County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
