Quality assurance assistant wanted in Floyd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Floyd County, Indiana. You will work in an automotive parts factory. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection The role involves: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
