We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in San Benito County, California. The role involves: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
