Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Montgomery County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy roofing firm. On a typical shift you will fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A good head for heights and steady balance 2+ years on the tools preferred.
