Warehouse forklift operator • Livingston County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a warehouse forklift operator in Livingston County, New York. The job is at a freight and logistics depot. What we are looking for: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks Your main tasks: • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
