Scullery hand wanted in King and Queen County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in King and Queen County, Virginia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
