We are recruiting: we are hiring a window glazier in Windsor County, Vermont. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Day to day you will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame.
