Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Lee County, Iowa. You will work at a busy gas installation company. You should have: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces You will test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply. 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
