You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Your main tasks: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding 3+ years on the tools preferred.
