The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
