What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work On a typical shift you will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
