Immediate opening: stainless steel welder (Oyo State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Irepo, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Day to day you will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
