The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations.
