Safety officer wanted in Gwer East

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety officer in Gwer East, Benue State. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. The role involves: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Six days a week, one day off.
