We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Kaufman County, Texas. The job is on a residential housing development. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage On a typical shift you will hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
