Vacancy available: we are hiring an industrial electrician in Westchester County, New York. You will be based in a factory maintenance department. Ideal candidate: • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter Day to day you will install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays.
