Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Kit Carson County, Colorado. You will work in a residential tower block. The role involves run load and overload tests with test weights; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
