Slinger signaller • Snohomish County, Washington

Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Snohomish County, Washington. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Confident with standard crane hand signals Full-time, day shift.
