Bar bender and fixer wanted in Mills County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Mills County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
