Urgent requirement: kitchen steward (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Somerset, England. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
