Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing technician in Montcalm County, Michigan. You will be based on residential new-build sites. Your main tasks: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A good head for heights and steady balance $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
