We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in City of Edinburgh, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Understanding of hand and radio signals Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £1,700 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
