Glass and glazing technician — Spalding County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Spalding County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools The role involves clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; replace cracked or broken window panes; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames.
