Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in York County, Pennsylvania. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
