Grill cook wanted in Mineral County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Mineral County, Nevada. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
