Meat cutter wanted in Tioga County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Tioga County, New York. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
