Cnc production machinist wanted in Steuben County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Steuben County, Indiana. You will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
