The role involves sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
