Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. On a typical shift you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
