Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Winneshiek County, Iowa. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day to day you will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool.
