What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On a typical shift you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
