Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Haywood County, North Carolina. You will work in a job-work machining unit. On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
