Urgent requirement: prep cook (Arkansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Greene County, Arkansas. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Six days a week, one day off.
