Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day to day you will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons.
