Powder coating sprayer — Smyth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Smyth County, Virginia. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred.
