We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Fisher County, Texas. You will work in a residential tower block. The role involves: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Run load and overload tests with test weights Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
