Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The job is on the moulding line. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards On a typical shift you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
