Now hiring: we are hiring an automobile electrician in Clarke County, Alabama. You will be based at a car service garage. Day-to-day duties: • Read wiring diagrams and trace circuits • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Repair air-conditioning electrical controls • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints • Replace ABS, oxygen and crankshaft sensors • Check charging system output and battery voltage Requirements: • Valid driving licence preferred • ITI certificate in auto electrical or electronics, or equivalent • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems 4+ years on the tools preferred.
